Hi! I am trying to improve my health and get myself back to running. My goal for 2013 is to run the Akron Roadrunner half marathon.
I started running in 2009 and ran fairly consistently until 2011 when I moved from Kentucky to Ohio. I have run a few 5k races but its been a while.
I am getting back at it. Plan is yoga 1-2 times a week plus walking-running to get myself moving too.
Currently 2, increasing gradually to make it a habit I can maintain and keep from injury.
Get healthy, I loved what running did for me physically and mentally, plus I met some of the best people in running groups.
