I'm a writer who spends most of her time alone and quiet (and that is what I like!) But I'd like to see what it's like to exercise with others. I've been doing it off and on and on my own for years.
I have walked one 5k and I'll probably walk this one.
I do exercise fairly regularly.
I workout with weights on a mini-tramp 20-60 minutes/day.
Would like to increase the intensity of what I do and do it with people instead of alone all the time.
