Join us at Big Peach Running Company to kick off the new training season for the 2012 ZOOMA Atlanta on April 22nd at Lake Lanier Islands Resort! We are so excited for this new date and venue! Hi Brooke, I am 53 and not a fast jogger/runner; but have done lots of 5K's; fewer 10K's and 1 half marathon (last Nov Rock N Roll in Savannah) which took the entire 4 hours. I just wanted to make sure that is ok to be in the group. Will there be different levels and how long will the sat runs be? Thanks, and I too am looking forward to meeting everyone on the 28th!!

Paula- all levels are welcome and will be accommodated. We will be using the same training plan for everyone and the mileage will increase weekly. We will have ZOOMA ambassadors at every scheduled run to help you with your training and work with you to reach your goal!

I plan to be there at 8:30 but won't be able to run because I have an event tomorrow that I have to attend. However, will a "running ZOOMA train schedule" be provided?
