ZY QiGong and Meditation

WHAT IS ZY QIGONG?

ZY Qigong is an ancient Chinese art of healing and spiritual development, steeped in Shamanic, Taoist, and Buddhist traditions. This meditation-based energy practice combines gentle movement, breath, and mindful awareness to activate, store and focus energy. It teaches us to stimulate creativity, develop intuition, and understand our place in and connection to the Universe. At higher levels, it teaches a method of dialogue with the information and energy of the surrounding Universe.

OUR PRACTICE

We learn to store, focus, and use Qi through meditaiton and gentle movements. During our practice, you will feel Qi (the life force) and learn how you can use it to help yourself and others. It is a powerful transformational tool for achieving wellness, wisdom and enlightenment.

ZYQ exercises embody the most essential elements of Qigong. Their simple techniques are easy-to-learn, yet powerful, and with practice, students advance to new levels of accomplishment, understanding and, well-being.

PART OF A MUCH BIGGER COMMUNITY

Opened in 1991, ZY Qigong school has now well over 40,000 students worldwide. We have also trained hundreds of ZYQ teachers. This group is one of many, and the first one in Los Angeles.

WHAT WE DO

We are hold regular workshops and practice here in Los Angeles. There are also retreats in the States, China and abroad throughout the year for those wanting to take their practice to the next level.
