I have been testing since I can remember in one way or another, I am currently a lead tester at Activus in Bristol.

Make software better through testing.
What is your top testing tip?
Gain as much knowledge as possible about good testing practices and whatever it is you are testing. Knowledge is power.
What is your opinion on the future of software testing?
Testers will need to get smarter to keep there jobs, the cream always rises to the top.
