Introduction
I'm Chris Swain. I am a friendly and enthusiastic chap with 11+ years’ experience in various aspects of Software Testing. Testers will know me from the London Tester Gatherings and BCS SIG Testing conferences and I've done a presentation or two.
What is your passion for software testing?
I can't help myself from finding bugs. It's always been in me to uncover things that are just not right. I do what I do because of my natural ability and my drive to improve quality.
What is your top testing tip?
Don't forget to do the simple tests. People get complacent but the tester's job is keep an open mind.
What is your opinion on the future of software testing?
For as long as humans design software there will be a job for humans to test software! People always make mistakes no matter how perfect they think they are.
