Meditation Class in English
Wednesday at 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Everyone is Welcome!
The classes will allow you to unwind your mind and return to your true home. They will provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety and problems. They will also help you to transform negative states of mind, such as hatred, greed and anger; and to cultivate positive minds, such as patience and loving kindness.
The class is free and no registration is required.
