Introduction
Hi, My name's Alisa. I recently moved to Montclair NJ (I love it!) but still work and go to school in Manhattan. I'm Buddhist. I'm a massage therapist and in school learning Chinese Medicine (acupuncture, herbs). I also love yoga and Tai Qi.
Please tell us why you like to join this group.
I'm joining this group because I'd like to interact with people who have a similar practice. It would be nice to have others to practice with as well as improve my practice. I also don't know of very many talks within the Chan/Zen community, so being connected in that way will be beneficial.

As for lessons, I definitely recommend going with Elvis (who did the last performance). We both learned under the same teacher years ago. He is one of the Greatest :-)!

OH WOW!!!! - I didn't even know that was you -lol. I usually just walk up and ask anybody to dance. I think we introduced ourselves, but the music took over. I think we moved very well and it was an awesome crowd. I'll be on the lookout for the next event and we can do it again. It might be before the end of the year. Nice meeting you :-)!

Awesome. I will look for you. I usually wear a black t-shirt and jeans. However, my look in the picture is still the same, and I'm one of the few black lesbians who can dance salsa. You can't miss me :-).
