  • Vipassana (Theraveda) Meditation and Dharma Classes

     These students are dedicated to practice and living it. There is 10 minutes of walking meditation, 20 - 25 minutes of sitting meditation, 15 to 20 minutes of loving-kindness meditation, and the rest is a talk by Bhante Lakkana, Theravada monk from Sri Lanka.
