Arrive at 1:45 and settle in.

2:00 to 2:15 Walking meditation

2:15 to 2:30 "so hum" (I am That) meditation

2:30 to 3:00 Read and discuss the following teaching.

Refreshments will be seved from 3:00 to 4:00
