Beginning this summer, we will begin a weekly group yoga class. It is recommended that you attend every session; with consistent practice you will quickly experience the stillness within yourself and develop a higher level of consciousness.
The session is gentle yet profound, and is suitable for both beginners and advanced yogis.
It is recommended you arrive 5-10 minutes early to begin clearing your mind.
Please keep in mind, you will be performing physical activity and movement is required. Please consult your healthcare provider, ayurvedist, or natural health provider to ensure you are able to engage in physical activity.
