I am a developer from background and i am working on PHP zend now.
This seems like a night mare to me, thing doesn't seems to work that easy way as it seems.
Suggest any road map or guide.

My suggestions: learn PHP, the language, first, then start with a simple/micro PHP framework like CodeIgniter, Slim, etc.

You can then build from your experience and go from there to ZF because, if you don't have an understanding of PHP (or programming in general) and/or MVC framework concepts, ZF can be daunting.

If you can find an easier way to learn, or you prefer the hard way by going right into ZF, then skip my suggestions altogether.
