I forgot it was a HOLIDAY to on weds . I didnet come Last night . had a dotors appointment . and I did not get and time to be at zumba . I will be there the Following monday after the holiday see you then. Alicia F.

Gosh I want to go so badly! But tomorrow is out. I am nursing an injured back and besides that am going out of town. I will be off the steroids ... Friday maybe? So we'll see how my back feels after that.
