Join the Zumba Fitness Dance Party!!!  

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness workout that sculpts and tones the entire body. You will learn the core rhythms of salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, reggaeton and other international dance rhythms like soca, african dance and bhangra!

 

It’s fun, easy and effective! Come on and give it a try!

 

I'm licensed to teach the following formats:  Zumba Basic 1, Zumba Basic 2, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, ZumbAtomic & Aqua Zumba! 

 

Class times:

Mondays @ 7:30pm-8:30pm (Burns Road Rec Center in PBG) - across from Fire Station

Tuesdays @ 6:00pm-7:00pm (Burns Road Rec Center in PBG) - across from Fire Station
