Are you ready to take your fitness regiment to another level? Join Veronica in her all new "SoFit" Boot Camp class! Veronica's SoFit Bootcamp classes will combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. This class will incorporate drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You’ll move around the room to a number of different stations – each designed for a specific exercise. "We'll go hard or we'll go home!"
