Aerobics, Abs,Bun&Thigh and Latin Aerobics... new fav is Zumba Workout
Exercise 4-5 times a week.
Twice a week during weekday (probably on Tuesday and Thursday evening time after work) & Weekends
East Side pleaseeeeeeeeee..
I love fitness and Zumba is one of the workout I am looking forward to..
