Do you hate to exercise? I know I did, and then I took a Zumba Fitness class. Zumba wasn’t like exercise to me…is was like a dance party!! It really moves and before you know it, an hour has passed and you have burned up to 1000 calories!! Zumba incorporates pulse-pounding, Latin rhythms with fun music and an energetic environment to give you one HOT workout!! I incorporate other international rhythms, as well, to give even more variety, and to challenge you like no exercise machine ever will! Zumba classes give you a high intensity cardio workout, while engaging your core and every major muscle group in the body. Interval training is also incorporated to burn even more calories, and to keep your workout from getting dull. Why get on a treadmill or elliptical machine and bore yourself for a half hour, when you can have fun WHILE you exercise? You don’t need to have any special dance experience…anyone can do this!! You only need to want to have FUN!! Add some spice to your life, and come and enjoy your workout for a change!!
