Nowadays stress is a permanent guide in most people’s lives. Rarely do we take the time for us.
The problem with constant stress is that it shuts down your higher brain functions, leading to bad decision-making, higher risk of sickness, lower quality of life and many more bad consequences.
Now if you have attended seminars, you are probably familiar with all the nice little advices those gurus gave you. Even though the advice can be good and helpful if implemented properly, there is one big problem: Your life is unique. It's not like a cardboard box. So how should anyone know what is perfect for you?
Of course the next question then is, how can anyone help you if they don't know you? That's why I love hypnosis. You see, I do not give you advice to go to bed early enough to sleep because that will help you to have a lower stress level. No, I guide you and the whole group through a hypnotic process that will allow you to find solutions within yourself. We all have an incredible wisdom in ourselves, but we don't use it. We overshadow it with our habitual thinking. Through this process you can generate the changes on an unconscious level so that you lead a more relaxed and happy life.
If stress was really a problem that you could solve consciously, how come you still haven't? Most likely the problem is rooted on an unconscious level. And that's why it will be also solved there. This is a 6 week process (we meet every monday 7 pm till with weekly meetings of a small group of people. I can only accept 6 people the first time. At no point during this 6 weeks will the group be reopened even if a member drops out. So please be sure you want to be part of this.
