This is a casual running group for people who want to make new friends and need some motivation to get up and get out, rain or shine and run for an hour. Most of us are beginners or runners who have been unmotivated for a while and want to start up again. Everyone can run at their own pace but we encourage each other to increase our distance as we progress week after week.
We meet at 10:00 sharp and will do a 5 minute warm up and then run for 2.0 km increasing our distance week after week by .5 km or more as decided by the group.
