Zurich Hash House Horrors Run #19

  • Aug 31, 2014 · 12:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Here is a short description of the Horrors:

There are quite a few Hash families now with kids who are too big to go in a buggy, but too small to run a full Hash - and this is where the idea starts.

The format of the runs is just the same as a normal Hash - with flour markings, checks and false trails, with the following differences:

- Buggy / child friendly trail no more than a couple of km
- Play / drinks stop (with something stronger for the parents of course)
- U-rated circle songs.

Details as follows:

When: Sunday 31st Aug @ 12:00
Hare's Hutch, Tödistrasse 11, 8200 Schaffhausen
Hares: Ringmaster

Directions: SBB mainstation Schaffhausen, take bus number 4 direction Gruben Exit Grenzstrasse, walk into Grenzstrasse after 25 meters turn into Tödistrasse.

Trail leads to a playgound located at the

with sandpit, football, basketball, running track for advanced horrors, table tennis, toilets etc.

At the playground will be a picnic with plenty of finger foods to go with the juice/water/beer/prosecco.

The Munot can be visited for free - also it may be possible to watch the deer there being fed.

RSVP so the hare knows how many horrors to feed and water.

Sunday trail will be like 4 to 5 k-s, we will do it in a walkable time, all pram friendly
    there will be at least one view stop, a nature stop and at the end of the trail we will have a playstop;
there are, still, different options the hare might choose, depending on the weather .. so, if you have a request you might post it here or klick on my name and send me a mail
