Saturday Hike in Braunwald

The weather should be nice, so it's time to take out those hiking boots again! We will take the train to Linthal/Braunwaldbahn and from there up to Braunwald with the cog railway. Enjoying glorious views of the Glarneralps and the Tödi, we will head of on a roughly five hour hike in the area.

You should be in good shape for this hike as we will be covering a good deal of terrain after a relatively late start.

Also, if you sign up, please show up! As this is a rather late notice and there are usually far more people who would like to come than there are spaces, it is not fair to the others who would like to come but could not if you cancel at the last minute. tx.

Bring along: picknick, water, boots, poles, rain-gear in case and a good mood! Those who like to sing can bring along with them some songs to share. Those who like poetry, some poems. And those who like to remain silent, can meditate for the rest of us... :-)

The train leaves the HB at 9.40 at track 3. We meet at 9.30 at the head of the track.

I am easy to spot with my neigh 2 meters elevation...

We will be back relatively late in the eve, around 7 or 8 in the evening.

See you there!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
