HI Sven

Great, I was thinking of skiing, too!   My level is expert (in your classification, not otherwise J) for skiing and medium for snowboarding.

Let me know what you decide on where to go. As the weather is probably also very warm it might be advisable to chose a high-altitude location, i.e. Klosters seems a good choice as opposed to e.g. Flumserberge which might be more convenient.

Have a good day,

Betreff: [hiking-287] New Meetup: Spring Skiing

Announcing a new Meetup for Zurich Hike & Outdoor!

What: Spring Skiing

When: March 14,[masked]:30 AM

Where: Click the link below to find out!

Meetup Description: Hi everyone,

I realized that the winter is almost gone (mmm...really?) and I haven't taken much advantage of skiing this season. Hence, for those that share this sport are welcome to join me for this Saturday, as it seems that we might have better chances for better weather as in contrast to Sunday.

If you want to join me, please provide me with you ski level experience: beginner (0-5 whole days of skiing), medium (more than 5 days and able to ski very good the blue slopes) or expert (little to no problems skiing down black slopes).

I hope that we have at least two people of either one of these levels to keep company.

My choice would be to go skiing in Klosters, but I'm open to suggestion. We might have to be flexible also with the weather. By chance of storm, we either change location or cancel the day.

Later I will provide details on the train schedule.

Hope to see you then!

Sven
