Come and join for the Guided Meditations: These are particularly good for people that are just starting their meditation practice since you will be guided through the meditation with directives and information to help you learning to relax and to quiet your mind and thoughts.
If you are already meditating for a longer period of time, please also feel welcome to join the group since the level of deepness of your meditation is being determined by yourself, by your connection with your higher self and the universal/divine energy.
The "technique" to be used is quite simple: sit still, relax, stay in touch with your physical body, notice your presence and observe your thoughts without attaching to them. To this I will add guidance while you meditate; this will help you enhance the experience and understanding of your meditation. Each meditation will focus on a different topic.
Donations - There will be a little box for your donations, as a sort of "energy exchange".
