We're a small (but growing) group of people (ok, for now mostly girls) practicing our sport: "swedish style" fitness. What's that ? We rent a room in Zürich and we do one hour of collective sweating, with on the program Cardio, Strength training and stretching, on fun playlists that really want to make you move ! One of us is the coach and shows movements in the middle that the other try to copy. This type of fitness is very popular in Sweden, hence the name. There is one thing with this sport though: the more, the merrier ! We'll organize meetups to motivate each other to go and get Fit ! We're also going to organize outdoors sessions when the weather allows (Fitness in Zurich parks anyone ?), or a drink to get to know each other and consume some well earned calories.
