My boyfriend's Praxis
*Please bring your own yoga mat, a scarf/ metre-long fabric, water & towel. And come with a (relatively) empty stomach!*
I will lead ~1 hour beginner restorative yoga session at a Praxis. No experience with yoga needed and I will walk you through the postures step by step. This particular session will be focused on a lot of stretching (back and hips) to release the poor muscles from sitting at work all day. Breathing and focus are also crucial elements here. There will also be guided visualizations and you will walk away relaxed, centered and in tune with your body, and mentally clear. This is a preliminary course where stretching is the main focus so please do not expect a strenuous workout. I will create a separate event for ashtanga yoga. :)
Please note that I am not a professional instructor but I just want to share my love and the benefits of yoga with you :) I have taught yoga this summer and it was really well-received!
Due to space constraints, I can only have 3 participants in total (4 including myself). !So please make sure you attend if you have signed up and if you change your mind, please unregister yourself, for others would really appreciate to have your spot!
