This group provides a structured 3 month group program for the women of Gen Y (in their 20's and 30's) who are trying to lose weight or otherwise start a healthy living regimen. Groups start every three months - April, July, and October. We meet twice per month in a small group (limited to 20 participants/group) and everyone receives individual coaching as well.
