Let's go for a run!
We'll gather near the entrance area to Sweetwaters Cafe by the stairs. We meet at 1:00 and will leave at 1:10. I don't typically run with a phone, but you can try (404)[masked] if you are running late. Parking is free on Sunday, but the lot is starting to fill up this time of year. There is more free parking at the nearby County Courthouse, corner of 4th & Ann.
All are welcome, you don't need to be training for Tough Mudder. We will have medium pace and slower runners. If this too long to start, we'll point out shortcuts to make it a 2-mile or 4-mile run.

This run is about 6 miles. It goes through several parks and nature areas, with a dozen bridges along the way. Every time you cross a bridge, it's time for pushups! (or burpees, or standing push-ups, or some other upper-body exercise of your choice). Pick how many you can do. The goal is to pick a number of something that after 18 bridges, you will BARELY be able to finish.
If you know the route, feel free to speed ahead. We don't tend to have people lost...as far as I know, it's never happened. The group spreads out a bit, but we all make it back eventually!
Please don't let anyone fall off the back of the pack, especially if they may not know the next turn. If you are second from last and don't hear footsteps behind you, slow down and wait.
After, we'll frequently go for ABC's boozy brunch or some other delightful place for refreshments (food and beer). Feel free to join us for all!
