222 secret st, Ann Arbor, MI
**This is the same scavenger hunt we have previously done with a few tweaks to allow those with schedule conflicts on the last one to attend, if you were in the last one, you aren't allowed in this one**
There will be minor tweaks, so those that think they know the ending location, you are wrong!
Are you ready to meet new people, while pushing your social interaction boundaries?
I read an amazing article about stepping out of your comfort zone and I've designed this into a fun scavenger Hunt full of amazing challenges that will push your limits.
We will meet at a rotating six sided object in downtown Ann Arbor first installed in 1968 at 5:30pm. (ARRIVE EARLY, IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT AT 5:45PM WHEN I MAKE THE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND PASS OUT THE PACKETS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND FORFEIT YOUR PAYMENT) (Yes, this is the first clue of the scavenger hunt, if you can't find it, it will be an early END and your hunt will be OVER)
I will break us up into teams of 3. To make this a social thing, you won't be permitted to pick your teammates, I'll assign teams when everyone arrives. Ideally you will have never previously met your teammates.
You'll race on foot through the downtown area of Ann Arbor. Bring your running shoes as you will only have 2.5 hours to complete a list of 20 tasks, photo challenges etc.
The winning team's three members will each win a cash prize.
The first team back will each get a free beer (if you can figure out where that is).
Each team will need a smart phone that can take pictures and video. If you don't have one, that's alright, I'll make sure you are on a team that does.
After the event, we'll have a beer, and for those that are interested, head to the seperate event posted here, The Boneyard for some scary haunted stuff.
