Free volleyball-grass

U of M shut down those great sand volleyball courts at North Field (I kind of thought that was too good to last...)    As a substitute, I am going to set up two volleyball nets on the grass at Burns Park on Mondays for the Adventure Club.  Just show up and play.

Hi everyone! I am new to the group and tonight will be my first time meeting up. If you see a person who looks lost and wandering around, its probably me! =) See you tonight!

Ok, it looks like we are going to have great weather for volleyball on Monday. At Burns Park, our nets are going to be set up next to where the Ann Arbor Ski Club sets up their nets. (Our nets are the ones without guy wires, their nets are the ones with guy wires.) The Adventure Club and the Ski Club are planning to combine to a certain extent, though; we will have more competitive games to the west (nearer to Burns Park Elementary School), and less competitive games to toward the east. EVERYONE is welcome to show up and play (even if you are on the waiting list, just show up). If you are new and nervous and don't know where to go, just ask me (I will be wearing the Frosted Lucky Charms baseball cap) and I will point you in the right direction.

I know, but the leagues don't start until the first week of June and end probably the last week of July. I always play pick up there on the weekends. I have one net.

There are sand courts at Wines Elemtary behind Forsythe Middle School in Ann Arbor which is off of Newport Rd. There are also sand volleyball courts at Slauson middle school in Ann Arbor.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
