This is not only a last minute meetup event, it is also multi-part, and each part is posted on a separate meetup group. You are welcome to join me for 1, 2, or all parts of it. Whatever floats your SUP (stand up paddle-board, which you can also do). Please read carefully because each event will start precisely at the times indicated.
11AM Swimming--If you want to attend this, please text me at[masked] for the address of where to meet. My goal is to swim 1.2 miles, but you can swim as much or as little as you like.
12PM Biking--we will road bike on the very flat roads of the neighborhood, between 30 and 60 miles, depending on the group.
2PM Running--Same address as swimming. We will run between 4 and 7 miles, between a 9 and 11 minute mile, whatever is most agreeable for the group who shows up.
3PM Volleyball at the beach of Waterloo State Park. There is a net set up but, in case that is being used, i brought my own net to set up. In order for this to happen we'll need at least 6 people to indicate interest in this event.
5PM Hang out on the beach, SUP, swim, and just relax. We might watch a movie or play games or something. It depends on the group, or if anyone responds to this event at all. Who knows.
