This will be an awesome tour!

Learn about Detroit's bootlegging, rum-runners and gangs during Prohibition. This tour will take us to Belle Isle and back. There will be informative stops along the way and on the island. It's a 15 mile route for all biking abilities, and will go on rain or shine!

This is a private tour for the Ann Arbor Adventure Club and MICHOM! Your $31.50 includes fantastic tour guides, dinner after the tour and 2 beverages (beer or soda)!

You should bring your own bike and helmet, and a bottle of water you can carry on your bike. Helmets are required.

If you want to rent a bike, there's an additional $10 fee and reservations need to be made in advance. Please email Amber if you want to rent a bike.

Sorry, but I have to canel at the last minute. I was stuck in a backup for 45 minutes, and can't get on the freeway, until I realized I wasn't going to make it on time, so I drove back home.

Joanna sold me her ticket yesterday. I tried to RSVP, but it requires payment at that time, so I'm just posting this comment to say I'm coing.

Are your tickets still available, Erin? I'd buy them from you if so.

The tour portion should end a little after 5pm with dinner immediately following. I'm guessing we'll be done eating around 6-6:30pm. But, keep in mind, your tour fee includes 2 beers as well, so you may want to stick around for a bit and enjoy your frothy beverages (or sober up if you chugged them with dinner).

I'm trying to co-ordinate possibly picking someone up at the airport Saturday evening, just wondering if someone could give me a rough estimate of what time the tour/dinner will be over so I can see if it's even an option, I don't want to leave early!:)

Something came up and I won't be able to make it next week... Anyone need a spot? I can provide my paypal info, as I've already paid. Let me know!

Our bike tour is just over a week away! If you haven't already, give your bike a good once over - make sure the tires hold air, check that the brakes work, ride it around the block a couple times to make sure it's in proper working order. If you have a tire tube for your bike, it would be a good idea to bring it with you, just in case.

I'm looking forward to seeing you all next weekend!

Michele: as the event gets closer and people sign up there may be someone to transport you and your bike. My advice is to sign up now to hold your spot and then we can find someone to get you there.
