Fall Softball

All spots are filled.  If you'd like to put yourself on the waiting list, I can send an email if for some reason we end up being short one week.

 

TEAM PARTICIPANTS WERE EMAILED WITH SCHEDULE AND LOCATION ON 9/6.  TEAMS ARE LIMITED TO THOSE THAT HAVE SIGNED UP.

The second team has a bye the first week, the first team has a bye the third week.  Email Ed if you are unsure of what team you are on.

 

If you didn't send me your email address, please do so and I will email you the players contract, league schedule and general rules.



Season length is 10 games, games are on Monday evenings (6:45PM), there will be one bye week for each team.

      How do we know if we're on Team 1 or Team 2? You mentioned that Team 1 starts the 10th and Team 2 starts the 17th.

    Before I reserve, will it be 12 to a team? I'm kind of competitive (but do have fun) so I don't want to show up and not play. I pitch on my other teams I play so if a team needs one, I will be your man. Thanks

      Yes, it will be 12 to a team. On weeks where everyone shows people would be asked to sit an inning to ensure that everyone gets equal playing time. Not sure about pitching, but given that it's the first time the team is playing together it's probably going to be more for fun than anything else...

    it's in a coed league, however - it does mean I need enough women to sign up. If we don't get enough women for a second time I will refund your money

    I'd like to join in, but I do have some work travel, so I might have to skip a few games. Should I sign up or just be available to fill in when you don't have enough women?

    I'm excited for this! I usually play fall ball in saline but the league filled up too quickly so I'm glad this came up!

      Yeah, spoke with the rec & ed dept in Ypsi Township and apparently the A2 league is also not running this fall... so... will try and organize a second team! Please re-sign up with paypal (it's my first meetup being organized, I screwed up the first time with the payment option of later). The team you will be on is literally called TBD
