I took a look at the Cyber Dojo website and it definitely looks like a good place to practice programming. I am familiar with the Rosetta Code website but thanks for the reminder anyway.Another website some of my programmer friends are using is Project Euler, ever heard of it? It's a website for practice for programming really difficult math problems there are 434 total math problems to program I think on there.

About my profile, my job is in Palo Alto but I live in Stevensville, Montana - just as my profile says. But I do get out a number of times a year. Regarding business value metrics, yes, it is up to the domain-centric business analysts to combine as well as attach the weight of the business values with the delivery assets of any product team (Agile or not). (really Brent Barton and Chris Sterling) on their approach, which seeks to provide metrics at the upper management and executive level. It is focused on portfolio management. Cheers!
