Law of Attraction 101/Crystal Bowl Meditation

Good Day Dearest Cocreators,

What a fabulous gathering last night!!  The synergy of the group was off the charts!!  I loved basking in the Cocreation--in the Feeeeeeling of It.  Such a GooooD Feeling!!!   Thank you all for coming.  Today is the Now of My Life and I am committing to Intentionally Intend for the next 30 days.  Those who are joining in this process can start today or tomorrow or whenever you are so inspired--if not feel free to do as you please.  Isn't having the freedom to choose the best feeling ever!!  We are so free to think whatever we desire--so free to feel whatever we desire to feel!!  So free to Love because it feels so good-- To desire because it feels so good--So good to feel emotions because they feel so good.  So free to breathe and to be.  We are free to see and hear and taste and touch and smell anything we desire!!  Woweeeeeee such an abundance of freedom and choices available in any moment.   Here is the link to the complete audio of the book "Ask and It is Given" on You Tube : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L2Z-lzphQG0  If you have the book begin reading it again.  So here is what a typical LOA routine would look like:

Each morning set aside 30 minutes if you can.  If not you can break it up or do it when you do have the time.  If not 30 minutes then take the time that you can to set the tone for your day.

1. Awakening 3-5 minutes of basking  2. meditation 15 minutes   3.writing 5-10 minutes

The moment I awaken in the morning I acknowledge to myself how good it feels to be awake.  I then immediately go to appreciating the comfort of my bed, how good it feels to be in this body, How easy it is for me to think the thoughts I desire to think.  I then think of how much I love experiencing good feelings--I focus on the word fun and what that feels like.  I then move on to ease, flow, vitality, energy, excitement, desire, and always love.  I love moving into that space of love.  I think about how much I love my Inner being, how much I love myself, my body, how much I love my life and all the people that have been and are a part of it.  I love to focus on that feeling of love within me.  I intentionally intend my day by choosing thoughts that feel good to me.  You can also begin with the alphabet game--A- for Awesome/Allowing/All that Is/Abundance:  B for Beauty, basking... I think you are getting the picture.  Think and feel and think and feel.  You have a memory of what the word feels like so it is not hard to find the thought that evokes the feeling.  It is nice to do this when you go to bed at night too--acknowledging all of the wonderful things about your day and knowing that when you awaken it is with a clean slate--Free to choose the feeling tone for your day!  

Now sit or lay comfortably with some meditation music or just in a nice quiet place where you will not be distracted.  Focus on a sound or your breath or a word if your mind starts to wander.  Just let it be what it is.  I always say to myself--"this is my time to clear my mind and just enjoy being fully present with Me."   Just allow it to be what it is and  realize there is no right or wrong to it.  With a little practice you will begin to feel an Awakening to the Inner Being of YOU!!  If you have never meditated then I suggest sitting and doing this as long as it feels good to you.  Start with 5- 10 minutes and then expand it into the full fifteen minutes.  Base it on the way it feels to you.  

Now it's time to write in your "Book of Positive Aspects".  Any notebook will do.  This is where you write about how you want to feel today.  Write the things you enjoy feeling and experiencing--ease, flow, clarity, joy, laughter, fun, cocreation, inspiration, vitality, energy, empowerment, passion, peace, beauty, deliciousness, abundance, ...... I think you get my drift.  Keep it general.  "I love to feel ease---I love to feel flow--I love to feel energized and empowered.  I love to feel passion and purpose,  I love to play with the Universe,  I love to experience my Inner Being, I love to cocreate with others,  I love to smile and laugh, I love to sing and dance, I love to move about my day with ease and flow,  I love to experience wit and humor, I love to engage with others who are fun and playful.  I  love the freedom in my days,  I love the clarity I experience..... I love being in love...  I love feeling pleasure,  I love feeling good--I love the beauty of this planet  and of this Universe.  I love feeling tuned in, tapped in, and turned on by life.  I love feeling my body--I love hearing and tasting and touching and smelling and feeling!!  I love feeling my Inner Being--I love expressing who I am.... You can also focus and write about the wonderful aspects of your life.  

Keep it simple.  If your mind start to go to something that doesn't feel good acknowledge the thought and just tell yourself you will think about it later.   It is the power of your focus in these moments that sets the tone for your day.  Take your book of Positive Aspects with you and if things come up that don't feel good remind yourself of what it is you desire to feel.  Don't bury the feeling you are feeling--feel them fully and acknowledge this emotion for what it is!!   Guidance from your INNER BEING!!  How awesome is that!!!!   I always say to myself my emotional guidance is working and my Inner Being is just letting me know that we have a difference of opinion on this subject.  I appreciate the emotional response as the indicator for where I am in relation to where I desire to be.  Such clarity in that moment don't you think.  Make it fun--a game!!   We all have little tricks that assist us in finding ease.   There will be no end to those good feeling thoughts and emotions that are with you Now and you will begin to experience and know YOURSELF--Your Inner Being in ways that you cannot even begin to imagine.  There is nothing better than this experience of blending and there are no words to describe the feeling of it.  This is the work--it is born from the desire to feel good no matter what!!  Unconditional Love of Life here and NOW!!  

We will be attuning to the MasterMindedness of Us when we meet again for the sheer joy of it!!

    Perfect, Libby! The best summary of the best practice there is. The most productive 30 minutes of the day! 1800 powerful NOWS, at least. Building the grid for your day. How long into your day can you maintain Being here and now? In the Joy of the Present moment? Loving regardless of "what is" (or what seems to be?) Enjoying endless synchronicity and rendezvous of perfect timing? Inspired toward your highest excitement? Having the best FUN and so glad to be ALIVE???

    Yum. Life is supposed to be Yum. : )
