The Art of Allowing--The key to living Happily Ever After NOW/Meditation

Everything we do in life is self serving.  We are all SELFishly focused here on planet earth. That is a very good thing!!!  Who better than you can decide what serves you, what inspires you, what brings forth happiness and joy.  Isn't Well Being what we truly desire for ourselves and all that exists in this Universe?  This is what the Magical approach to life is all about--aligning with our WELL BEING. Letting go of resistant thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that we have picked up along the way--tuning in to our emotional guidance system.  Using our ability to focus to bring us to a better feeling place on anything that presents itself.  We have the power to FEEL GOOD NOW--to focus on FEELING GOOD NOW.  We will be tuning into the teachings of Abraham-Hicks and others--Most of all we will have FUN, FUN, FUN!!!  That is the key to allowing--to be Enlivened here and now.  Tuned in, tapped in, and turned on--so full of Yourself--  Delicious divinity at its very best!!!!

This is my first time, so I don't know what to expect. Should I bring a meditation pillow, snacks?

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
