Wok & Barrel at Duxton Hill has been serving up fusion Singapore dishes with Chef Shen's take on 'bak chor mee' pasta, what is usually date pudding with gula melaka and pulat hitam ingredients, lamb briyani/bak kwa ribs - you get the idea. Note: Mod Sin interpretations aren't for everyone, they have their fair share of lovers and haters
