Expositional Bible Study

After wrapping up our book study thru Matthew this past week, we're going to press forward (historically speaking) and begin a book study thru "Acts." Following Jesus' resurrection and ascension, we will now see the coming of the Holy Spirit @ Pentecost, and the birth of the church! Also in the coming weeks we'll witness the stoning of Stephen, the conversion of the Apostle Paul, and the beginning of his ministry as he spreads the good news to the Gentiles! The new era has begun, and the Lord's new covenant with us is now established.

This week, read ahead as we'll cover chapters 1-3, possibly into 4. Another great book study awaits us, and it's a perfect time for new people to dive into Bible Study with us! As always, i'm looking forward to this new book study, and hope to see everyone there!

As usual, we will meet in room 207 of the Calvary Community Church campus. The easiest directions are to exit I-17 @ Cactus, go one block west to 28th drive, then one block north to Larkspur. The church campus and room 207 are on the northeast corner of Larkspur and 28th Drive.

More good news on my end... Starting again in October, my work schedule with become predictable again, so we should be able to return to the original "every other Tues" schedule for the study. Thanks everyone for your patience and understanding on the flexibility of the schedule these past couple months... Looking forward to studying Acts!

I will be in Washington D.C. visiting friends at this time, but will definitely do my best to be at the next group study. And I will be sure to do my "homework," Todd!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
