July Topic: Project Management - How to Get Stuff DONE!!
Too much to do! It all feels equally urgent! Oi – where do I start?
Sound familiar? We have so many demands on us – both externally – people wanting us to get stuff done for them – and internally – fulfilling our dreams and goals. How do you manage it all and maintain your sanity?
At our July meeting, you will discover:
1. The project management mistakes that lead to procrastination and paralysis
2. The two kinds of projects and how to manage both
3. The skill of prioritizing according to your values
4. How to eat an elephant (I mean, manage and complete a project) – you know - one bite at a time!
5. A great tool for planning your projects
6. How to integrate your time management and To Do list
Project Management is a system for getting stuff done. As with all systems, it may take some time to implement – however, once implemented will increase your productivity, effectiveness and reduce your stress.

Bring Business Cards!
We do personal introductions during the first half. The first 52 people to arrive at the meeting will each get a playing card (from a traditional deck of cards) and will be able to make a 30-second personal introduction. The 2 Joker cards are reserved for 2-minute announcements ($10 each) from the front of the room. The Joker cards are given out on a first come, first served basis. Lastly, we have a table at the side and you're welcome to bring flyers and promotional material to share with other members.
The featured presentation will be in the second half after a 10-minute networking break.
Thank you.
Patrick.
