Hello Albert! Thanks for joining the group. I was reading up on your questionnaire and saw you were looking for "fitness" - that's really cool! There are too many people in this world that keep exercise out of their daily routines. I teach opposite extremes - crazy cardio classes with the Zumba and core strengthening and toning with Yoga. Are you interested in something alittle softer....or something that's really going to push you?
