Our purpose is to share and promote  ACOUSTIC (not plugged in) music with folks who like to play and listen to ACOUSTIC folk, alternative, celtic, blues, classical, old time, country and bluegrass. Those with a desire to play and learn about acoustic music should join. All skill levels of players and listeners are welcome. We provide a friendly arena for people to find out about jams and concerts and to enjoy making music or simply to support the local, regional, national and international acoustic music that is available in Hampton Roads/Tidewater and the Mid-Atlantic Region of the USA. We are more of an information clearing house as opposed to a true meet-up, although we do schedule group participation events from time to time.
