Acro yoga is a blend of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. Students spend a majority of the class practicing with each other in small groups which helps cultivate trust, connection, and playfulness. No partner required!
A high intensity workout blending bodyweight training, weight training, and acrobatic drills. Feel challenged and engaged as you work to improve overall speed, agility, balance, and endurance. Exercises vary from class to class and may utilize props such as stall bars, Bosu balls, dumbbells, TRX, gymnastic rings, and more.
AcroBody Partner Fitness
A creative, innovative, and FUN workout utilizing partner-based exercises that build your overall mobility, strength, endurance, and power while activating your core. Every class is different and we will group you into duos, trios, and/or quartets. You are the weight, so prepare to get lifted!
Perfect for anyone looking to increase their flexibility and range of motion. You will learn how to stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscles required to use your flexibility safely.
Whether you have never successfully done a handstand or you have a solid handstand practice, you will love this class! You will learn techniques, progressions, and conditioning excercises to safely achieve a stable handstand all the way through one-armed handstands and beyond.
Supervised open play time in the studio. Practice, play, and socialize. Suggested donation is $3/hour but payment is not required.
