I know I have gotten stronger & more flexible. My posture has improved, too, which is important to me.

Really great workout. I'm easing back into my fitness routine after having a baby and being sedentary for a year. I think if I keep up with Active Break, I'll definitely continue growing stronger and more fit. I'll be back againfor sure!

Time change ... 9:30 am, right!? Clear your calendar ... and the beat goes on .... for another hour after Active Break for a Picnic Break at People's Victory Garden:: 10:30 am - 11:30 am. We'll cast our blankies (mats) and celebrate Earth Day with healthy snacks, Icy Superfoods Smoothies, and some gettin' to know you better kickin' it chat! What say you? Oh, you can plant some seeds, seedlings or pull weeds while having fun and being connected. And, if you want more ... meetup at our garden at the Telegraph Center (5316 Telegraph Ave, Oakland 94609) for Stone Soup Saturday, more connections, and garden work ... if we get to it :-) 1 - 3 pm.
