Taste of the Nation: Multiple Shifts

I will be heading there after work so I will not be there during the day. Please contact Katy with any questions or concerns you may have. Her number is included at the bottom of the description. Also please specify which shift and what duty you are signing up for. Please note others that RSVP before you. If those spots are taken you may have to switch to a different duty. Please try to be a bit flexible with duties and shifts. Thank you.

Taste of the Nation(TON) is an annual epicurean event benefiting Share Our Strengths focusing on childhood hunger and nutrition. Event includes an open bar, Wine tastings and 30 of the cities top restaurants will be there!  Plus live entertainment, silent auction and more! Great excuse to dress up, give back, and have a little fun. 

Thursday, October 17th at Rain Nightclub inside the Palms hotel. 

Dress Code: All black with confortable shoes.  Please leave belongings in the car as there is no secured area for everything. 

Day time sales & VIP bag set up.  Ticket sales will be available all day at the Palms leading up to the event and we are looking for energetic people to help make that possible!  The volunteers will also assist in assembling VIP goody bags and whatever other day of activities need to be completed. 

4 people each shift 11am- 1pm and 1:30pm- 4:30pm 4:00pm - 7:00pm 

Restaurant Check In: 30 of Las Vegas' best restaurants and chefs will be cooking up their best dishes for the attendees to help raise funds and awareness for childhood hunger.  We need volunteers to assist with checking them in, providing wristbands and pointing them to their booth. Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift. 

4 people 3pm - 6pm 

Registration & Swag Sales 

Volunteers are needed to help with Registration, selling TON items, tear down and whatever else arises during the event. 

up to 10 Volunteers needed for each of the following shifts:  

4pm-6pm5:30pm - 7:30pm7pm-9pm,  7:30pm - 9:30pm
