Grâce à Vincent, on a dévelopé cette idée: Lyon est la capitale de la gastronomie en France, pourquoi ne pas s'y essayer?
Même si beaucoup d'ingrédients de base ne sont pas disponibles ici, on va faire en conséquence et trouver des recettes faisables ici!
Au menu: cervelle des canuts (white cheese with seasonings), gratinée d'oignons lyonnaise, poulet à l'estragon, bugnes lyonnaises ou tarte au sucre.
Prix pp environ $12 (mise à jour plus tard)

Thanks to Vincent, we developed this idea: Lyon is the capital of French gastronomy, why not trying?
Even if a lot of ingredients are not available here, we'll make-do and will find recipes that can be made here.
Planning to do: white cheese with seasonings, onion dish with melted cheese on top à la lyonnaise, tarragon chicken, dumplings/donuts à la lyonnaise or sugar tart.

  “ Galiane's food and culture meet ups get better and better. She treated us all first to an amazing dip she had made, a French one based on a brains-based dip when no brains are used. So no brains for us - but the dip was brainlicious!!! Loved it. This was followed by a nice onion/cheese/bread/mystery dish which was followed by even better chicken/cream/whitewine/herbs/more dish with potatoes. And finally hole-less doughnuts!!! Thank you Galiane for an awesome evening of food, conversation, laughs, map gazing (of France) and some French conversation! Great evening .. merci, merci, merci. ”
