Hi Carolyn, I see that you are going to the Lake Minnewaska hike. I have been on that hike and it's great, especially with the colors. I see you like kayaking. There is a free event next Sunday on Staten Island. I'm going to be a volunteer there but also hope to kayak. I think they have 2 people kayaks. Drop me a line if you are thinking of going. Would like a kayak buddy. :-) Here is the info.
