C-ville coffee meetup will meet every other wednesday evening

May we explore what this "excercise" actually looks like in practice.

How the challenge of living in beingness and not doingness challenges the illusory ego.

Intuitively, we all know this beingness to be our true nature and the ego is a masquerade we all wear to protect and defend the seperate self. This clearly keeps us in bondage.

After all, "All the world is a stage!"

Great conversation, sharing and diverse informing last night. Perhaps, "knowing" in the light of multiplicities, at once dual and non-dual...another way to phrase or put words/structure around that which can't be named, contained or denied because it already is: "oneness"?

Enjoyed attending the meeting last night! Started reading The Teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi last night on Kindle. Thanks for your words and recommendation.

Hi Susan, I'm glad you enjoyed the meeting and felt comfortable being a part of it. It's often quite difficult to introduce Advaita to someone who is not familiar with its teachings. It's was nothing I had ever heard but in some way resonated deeply. I sure hope to see you again. I'll bring along some things you may enjoy.

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
