Come join us in a relaxed entertaining discussion of issues of non-duality. If you are a fan of writers such as Alan Watts, Nathan Gill, Tony Parsons, Wayne Liquorman (Ram Tzu), Sailor Bob Adamson, Adyashanti, Stephen Batchelor, Ramesh S. Balsekar, Gary Crowley, Jeff Foster, Steve Hagen, Leo Hartong, Chuck Hillig, Jerry Katz, Jan Kersschot, Ken Keyes, Jr., Peter Marjason, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche, Eckhart Tolle, John Wheeler, Ken Wilber, Wei Wu Wei, Buddha, Buddhism, or Advaita Vedanta, then you've come to the right place. Sorry about the long list of names, but it helps for getting people to find our Meetup Group when doing keyword searches. Did the movies Matrix, Thirteenth Floor, or What the Bleep Do We Know leave you with a haunting feeling there is more to existence? Then this is the Meetup for you! Have an interest in Cosmology and Quantum Physics and think they and Mathematics may hold the true meaning of it all? Then again this is probably the Meetup Group for you!
If you'd think you'd enjoy lively discussion of any of the above, not all but just any, then this Meetup Group is probably for you!
This is not a spiritual practice or meditation group. This is more a group about enjoying the discussion of topics of non-duality and spirituality in the vein of Alan Watts who viewed himself as a "spiritual entertainer". The discussions may be serious or may be light, but in the end just for the entertainment of the mind.
You can be a vegetarian and abstainer from spirits or a carnivore and a connoisseur of fine wine or beer and you are welcome in this Meetup Group. We'll make sure our Meetup Locations are suitable to the wide spectrum of pallets.
Before or after you join this Meetup Group, please look around Advaitism.com a bit. You don't need to agree with anything posted there, but it might be a good starting point of our discussions.

How can one awaken or find enlightenment?
Can a character in a novel find the ink on the paper?
In the story of the novel a person goes up to a Sage and asks: "How can I find the ink on the paper?" The Sage replies: "You ARE the ink on the paper."
