Bloomer Park Night Hike

  • Feb 7, 2014 · 7:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Let’s go hiking on the trails in the Bloomer Park in Rochester Hills again. We will be going for a 5 to 6 mile hike along some of the park’s trails at moderately fast pace. If it's not below freezing, we might encounter some muddy areas, therefore wear proper footwear.

Since we will be entering the park on foot from the Clinton River trail, the access is FREE.

We will meet in the parking lot of Letica Dr south of Parkdale Rd, before Letica Dr turns into E 2nd St. If you do not know where it is from the description, please check the provided maps carefully.

You need to bring some kind of light to light the path in front of you (headlamp, flashlight, etc.).

Following the hike we will go to the Rochester Mills (410 Water Street, Rochester, MI 48307, www.rochestermillsbeerco.com ) to eat, drink and socialize.

Has anyone been on the trail this week? Snowshoes or no?

Give yourself enough driving time to make it there by 7:00. It will be too cold for us to stand and wait in the parking lot more than few minutes...
