Good shape. Gym three times a week for at least and hour of cardio.
Hikes mostly. The last couple were a loop around Bear Mountain with the AMC and up Breakneck.
None right now.
Newish hiker, but in enough of a good shape to handle 8-12 mi hikes I'm come across. I grew up near Bear Mountain/Harriman and was surrounded by the 'Gunks where I went to school.
