Richmond Beach Conditioning Hike For Women and Men, Rain or Shine

Let's get our heart rate up and have a wonderfull view.  

Richmond Beach offers 188 stairs to climb and steep hills.  For our cooldown we will walk the upper part of the park and enjoy the view. 

We will climb the stairs 2x and hike the steep hill 2x as well. This is interval conditioning, so you will have time to catch your breath.

Afterwards we can go to nice cup of coffee at Richmond Beach coffee place.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that I have a No-Show and late cancellation policiy in place.

    I'm sorry for the late cancellation but I don't think I can make it. I seem to have caught some sort of bug and will be in bed most the day :( I was really looking forward to this hike and it's a beautiful day out... Enjoy the hike

    I've been rather ill off and on lately, and trying to keep up with work, so I've not been able to make it lately and now I have a damned sore throat for the last 5 days! If I get better by Sunday, I'll try to come.
